Lexa provides an AI-powered knowledge base that allows you to:

• Upload and organize documents
• Search your knowledge base
• Chat with AI about your documents

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• The content you upload

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to hack or abuse the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or copy the service

5. Subscription & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime from your account
• No refunds for partial months

6. Data & Content

You own your content. We don't claim any rights to your documents. We may access your content only to provide the service or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with minimal notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
